The AMD Radeon™ GPU is based on 3rd generation AMD graphics core next (GCN) architecture and offers connections for up to three independent 60 Hz 4k displays vida EDV, DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0. Where extremely fast, Windows 10 based 3D graphics are required, the modules support both OpenGL 4.0 and DirectX 12. These integrated hardware accelerators allow for energy-efficient streaming of HEVC videos in both directions. HSA 1.0 and OpenCL 2.0 make sure that workloads can be immediately allocated to the most effective processing unit. For safety-critical applications, the AMD Secure processor guarantees hardware-accelerated encryption and decryption via RSA, SHA and AES.
