Since April 2024, Björn Padberg has joined our team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is part of the iesy management team as an authorized signatory. His main task is to ensure the operational business activities of our company.

With a clear focus on manufacturing, he manages production, the test area, work preparation, warehouse and logistics. In our business area, he is also responsible for purchasing, finance, administration and human resources.

Björn is characterized by his extensive experience and specialist knowledge, which he uses in a targeted manner to optimize our processes and successfully develop the company.
