The SMARC 2.0 conga-SA5 module by congatec is available with low power Intel® Atom™, Celeron® and Pentium® processor and is suited for the extended temperature range. 9th generation Intel graphics support up to three high-resolution 4k displays. They can be connected via dual channel LVDS, eDP, DP++ or MIPI DSI.
The module comes with 4GB high bandwidth LPDDR4 RAM, enabling up to 2400 mt/s, and provides up to 8GB eMMC on-board flash. The standardized M.2 1216 interface enables wireless IoT connectivity with the new SMART 2.0 modules. Depending on demand, these communication modules - firmly fitted - support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual band WLAN 802.11 b/g/n/ac, bluetooth low energy (BLE) and NFC functionality. In addition, these new SMARC 2.0 modules have two gigabit ethernet interfaces that offer hardware-based real-time support through precision time protocol (PTP). Up to 128 GB non-volatile memory, connected via powerful eMMC 5.0 interface, is available on the module for highly integrated designs. Compared to the eMMC 4.0 interface, it provides twice as much bandwidth of up to 3.2 Gbit/s (read), allowing for shorter boot times and quicker uploading of data. Further storage offers include 1x6 Gbps SATA and SDIO. Generic extensions are connected via 4 PCIe lanes, 2x USB 3.0 and 4x USB 2.0. Further interfaces include 2x SPI, 4x COM plus two MIPI CSI camera inputs. HDA is available for audio signals.
