8. October 2018

iesy has recently joined the Alliance for Cyber Security of the German BSI as an embedded security expert. The South Westphalian embedded computing specialist is continuing its long-standing commitment to safety & security in the areas of hardware and software.

The Alliance for Cyber Security is an alliance of the most important players in the field of cyber security in Germany. The initiative of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in cooperation with the Federal Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (BITKOM) aims at strengthening the resilience of Germany as a business location against cyber attacks. IT service and consulting companies as well as IT manufacturers are equally represented in the network as are user companies of all sizes and industries. This diversity enables a multi-layered exchange between IT experts, users and manufacturers, in which all participants benefit.

By participating in the Alliance for Cyber Security, iesy continues to consistently focus on secure IT solutions for embedded hardware and software and the associated social responsibility for the use of modern technologies. Further to this, iesy has been an active member of the IT security network nrw.units since 2017. The efficient and effective protection of cyberphysical systems is an elementary component of the companies philosophy.
